About the Challenge

The Mission: Driving Industrial AI & Precision Agriculture

Project TAT AI is an ambitious initiative dedicated to integrating Deep Tech and Artificial Intelligence into the core of the real sector. Moving past simple software applications, this challenge focuses on scalable, hard-tech solutions that address critical challenges in productivity, automation, and tech-enabled farming.

We invite forward-thinking teams to submit their ideas, software models, or hardware prototypes. Selected teams will be accelerated through a rigorous incubation program, gaining access to technical mentorship, industry networks, and a platform to launch their innovation to the world.

Challenge Tracks

We are looking for collaborative teams building AI-driven solutions and hardware prototypes across three critical real-sector pillars:

Precision Agriculture & Smart Field Operations

AI-driven solutions and automated hardware designed to optimize the primary production phase.

What we’re looking for

Computer vision models for real-time soil, crop health, and pest analysis; IoT sensor arrays for precision resource deployment; and robots that handle autonomous or semi-autonomous harvesting systems built to reduce labour overhead and harvesting damage.

Post-Harvest Automation & Smart Storage Logistics

Robots, Deep Tech and hardware innovations engineered to preserve crop value, secure supply chains, and systematically curb post-harvest losses.

What we’re looking for

Smart cold storage systems equipped with AI-driven climate optimization; predictive shelf-life modeling; automated sorting and grading machinery using computer vision; and intelligent supply chain routing software that connects harvests to processing hubs before spoilage occurs.

Industrial AI & Real-Sector Workflow Automation

Scalable software infrastructure and embedded hardware that digitizes and optimizes ecosystem-wide productivity.

What we’re looking for

Hardware-software integrations (including microcontroller/Arduino edge systems) designed for rugged field environments; and UI-driven workflow automation tools that streamline operations for farms, processing centers, and agricultural institutions.

What you stand to win

Accelerate your innovation from prototype to market.

Incubation & Technical Acceleration

Secure a spot in an intensive incubation program designed to refine your technical architecture, business model, and deployment strategy.

Compete for substantial cash prizes awarded live on stage to help fund your research, development, and scaling.

Pitch your solution live to an audience of regional leaders, venture capitalists, corporate partners, and the global tech ecosystem.

Access commercialization pathways, regulatory sandbox support, and direct access to pilot environments to test your solution at scale.

Eligibility Criteria

We are looking for builders who want to make a tangible impact. To apply, your team should meet the following:
